Shipped promptly and arrived quickly. It was well-packaged and arrived unharmed. The seller seriously undersold its condition in the listing! The previous owners (The Missouri DOT, judging by the asset tag) took remarkable care of it; not only was it fully working, but aside from needing a light cleaning it's in almost brand new condition. And now it has passed to me at a price too good to believe.
I accidentall bought 2 of these exact jackets from 2 different sellers, so I had to cancel one of them. This seller was gracious enough to offer me a refund within hours of me asking. That made me so happy. I gave high ratings to all except did it arrive on time - because I cancelled this order, it never arrived. That's a good thing, not a negative thing in my situation.
