Shipping was fast and the item was packed very well. However the item is not described well. I have several jumbo mugs from fiesta ware and I purchased this with the intention of using it, but this is clearly a factory reject, the handle is too low to allow for stacking (all my other 8 mugs stack fine) and the handle also doesn’t look like it’s attached properly. Now I don’t mind purchasing a factory reject piece and I have in the past, but for the price I thought it would be better quality.
