When you make an adjustment on switch there is a little bit of static that balances out and works properly. This is a characteristic of animated figurines from this period. Both Hands and Head move. Christmas lights provided are not original. Our strand we had is LED and a little long but included anyway. Comes in a Box. Box did its job to store Animated Figure safely for years but it will wearing out. Goofy is in Great Condition for age and function. Smoke free home, no odors. He has great eye appeal and sure to please the collector or family for Christmas JOY.
