I had contacted the seller to point out that, according to the tracking info, the book had not left its point of departure after 15 days, but I would wait another week before requesting a refund.   3. The condition and value of the book are 100% wonderful. My only disappointment was with the shipping process , the item was only shipped after I conveyed my displeasure that the book did not leave their facility for a week. They were unapologetic, by the time I told them to cancel the order, they informed me that it was on it's way, but shipping information did not support it.
