These Nozzle testers are used to adjust the injector nozzle opening pressure, nozzle seat tightness and to carry out leakage tests, spray pattern atomization repetition tests and chatter characteristic tests.- Made according to standard C.A.V. England Design (Excellent long term stability and precise results - rugged, long lasting testers). The injector nozzle tester consists of : 1. Cast iron pump mounted on a rigid aluminum base. 2. Sheet metal oil container with GENUINE DYNA 5 micron filter 3. Three way shut off valve Fitted With Bako Lite Knob. 4. Heavy duty 100 m.m. / 4 " dial DUAL SCALE pressure gauge (Range 0-600 KG / 0-8500 PSI, 3/8" BSP thread) 5. Packaged in export worthy thermocole and corrugated box . 6. Standard accessories - 2 Block Off Tools - 1 handle with grip - 2 High pressure pipes 'A' and 'B' type with m.m. size nuts (12 X 1.5) and (14 X 1.5) for connections - 3 O-rings 1 Operation manual. 7. Fitted with Genuine Bosch plunger and delivery valve. - We also provide the Operation Manual explaining the details and operation of the injector nozzle tester and the different tests it performs in the package.
