The dual-cassette player may have been damaged in shipping, as right-side player was inoperative and the cassette door would not open. When I reported the problem, rather than haggle the seller voluntarily returned my purchase price. I say 'voluntarily' because I hadn't asked him to. Nice calculator. Good price, good shipping. My only thought on improvement is that the listing said it needed an AA battery for continuous use. I opened it up to insert the battery and there was a button type battery already inside. Confusing! But, overall, happy customer.
