I received the plate that I ordered in tact. It was packed very well. The item was shipped untracked so I don't know if it was on time or not. It did not take long to get here and that's all I know. I'm happy with the item and yes it is as described. I've bought from this seller before and will again in the future.
It took awhile for the mail to deliver it from Mexico. He accepted my offer.The first cup had defects and I contacted the seller. He made it good by sending another one. It finally was delivered June 16th .He sent it out on June 3rd . Very good communication. Would by from them again.
