1 1/2" elastic exactly as pictured and in new condition. Very fast shipping arriving faster than I anticipated. A good value for the money. Although this is exactly as described, unfortunately not what I needed for my project. I didn't realize it at the time of placing order, I needed the ribbed nonroll elastic, not the nonroll woven as described. My fault and not the seller's and they do not accept returns. However, I would still buy from the seller.
