Quite the experience getting the item I ordered. The seller tried really hard to fulfill the order with the correct item but fell a bit short unfortunately. Ordered a hard bound copy (with dust jacket) as displayed in the listing. Initially received a beat-up paperback edition. Messages to the seller...They sent me a hard bound copy in fairly decent condition but one without the dust jacket. I applaud their efforts to make things right with me, but all in all and underwhelming experience.

Completely satisfied, item was exactly as pictured and described however its overall condition truly exceeded my expectations for a library book...the entire transaction was professional, fast and friendly with good communication... packaging was solid, strong and tech efficient avoiding bulk and weight while still assuring item would arrive in optimum condition, which it did! In my opinion the high quality, exceptional condition and price made this item an excellent value!..an A++ Seller!
