Deck box arrived in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Shipping protection was good, it was wrapped in two thin layers of bubble wrap and extra packing paper in the box to prevent sliding. The product was cheaper from the JP seller than US retailers, where it’s 99.99% out of stock due to how pretty the artwork is. One note: when shipping JP -> US, you will stop receiving tracking updates when the product is going through US Customs, until it comes back to USPS for delivery.
The seller was very helpful and punctual with my order. I had a mistake on the information and they swiftly corrected it and the package was delivered right away. Great seller. Item arrived in perfect condition, very very well packed and protected for it's transit from Japan to Britain. There was a slight issue with post but seller sorted it out immediately and got the delivery back out and on its way as fast as they could.
