Item was stolen from front porch by someone in neighborhood after delivery. This was not the fault of the seller however. Tracking picture was provided when requested, to verify delivery took place. The item was stolen from the main entrance of the building, being that mail delivery has explicit instructions to ring the intercom to leave the packages inside the mailroom. Being that the case, I contacted the seller and he responded attentively, offering to send another item without charging me anything for it, which I very much appreciate.
