These are a Boho style crescent moon diffusers and round shaped necklace diffusers and come with 6 scent pads. One is inside locket and the others in the package. These are great for your special needs mixtures of essential oils (headache, or calming, or focus, or adhd, etc.) or your favorite scent essential oil. Necklace chains are 20" long end to end with a 2" adjuster.
