Overall great experience. Only suggestion I have is seller should use a bigger box when shipping a breakable. It was quite small and barely was big enough to fit the mug in. I was surprised (but greatly relieved) the handle wasn’t broke. Apart from that, terrific seller and would buy from them again.
Seller was very responsive and shipped out the item immediately. It was in bubble wrapped and secured for shipping. Exactly how the item was described. Would buy from them again
