We can make a similar hat in your size from our stock of Carhartt, Levis, Wranglers, etc., surface clean only. to reform the brim, straighten out the wire into a flat circle and and then gently form to your liking to restore body to the hat, get thoroughly wet and stuff crown with towels, lay brim flat on another towel, shape the crown seams to suit, and then let dry.
