The Torch box had gotten wet sometime & crumpled, & the instruction leaflet had stuck together. That may have happened in transit? The torch itself looked new. The postage was a few days over the max time. It arrived in an Amazon box with an Amazon order number, & was fairly expensive so it may have been bought off Amazon & just sent to me. The seller didn't respond to my 1'st message but did to the 2'nd, I sent photos, and they offered a full refund. I didn't bother, too much trouble to USA.
