The communication from this eBay seller was very good which I appreciated. The price was fair. The whistles looked like the pictures on eBay. My disappoint is that the item arrived from Amazon. I do NOT shop at Amazon for a reason. I want to support a small business, not a Billionaire!! I would not have purchased from this seller had I known that I receiving an item from Amazon. I would have purchased from a different eBay seller. Very disappointed!
There was a problem with this shipment and, before I even noticed, the seller reached out to let me know that he was investigating the issue. Unfortunately, the package got lost in transit, but the seller refunded my money without me even asking. I’m highly impressed. The most honest and forthright seller I’ve ever dealt with on here.
Never received item. Seller had excellent communication about it. I did receive full refund immediately. Under circumstances of FedEx lost package, transaction overall went well. Including FedEx having a tracking number that actually belonged to someone else's package & not my delivery package.
