This item was sent by FedEx and delivered to the wrong address. Unfortunately, There is nothing I can do as the person who received this item refused to acknowledge they had it although it was delivered to them at the wrong address. Ebay please be aware that FedEx is making some major mistakes and refuse to admit it.

Good luck with seller - not so great with USPS! Package went all over the place before it arrived & got a bit crushed along the way - none of which was the seller’s fault! The doll is great! The condition is fine (except for the post office’s package mashing)! The seller was friendly & communicative!
