It took a while before anyone sent me an update on the order but when I wrote to them, they responded courteously after a day or two to explain they needed to check it in in the warehouse. After a second prompting, they processed the order swiftly via DHL to expedite my order. I appreciate the genuineness and sincerity. DHL was sadly a pain to deal with but I am very happy with the condition of the book, the packaging as well as the customer service. Thank you.
