The item wasn't packed very well and it came with the packaging damaged. The seller offered to totally take care of the item by offering a refund and sending a label for it's return. Great communication during the entire process. In the long run, my husband decided to keep the item so we didn't take the seller up on his return offer. It is important to note that the seller was totally willing to work with us and it was us who decided to keep the item. As such, he gets the highest marks!

Had an issue with tracking, was able to get it resolved promptly with seller. Item is seemingly of good quality and it is the correct size I ordered. Compared to major name brands, it is half the price or less, so good value. Item appears to be brand new as described.
