I used this for about a week, but as a teacher, it really didn't work for all the things i had to drag around. It's in new condition but I used it for that week, so I wanted to be honest. It has been stored double wrapped in closet. Retired now and selling my purses and bags. My own measurements: 12 inches across the bottom, 13 inches long, 4 inches wide 2 pockets exterior front, deep zipper pocket inside. No wear anywhere, handles, bottom, opening all look brand new.
