  1. Nothing wrong with the bag itself, seller shipped super fast - thank you! But the bag it is much much smaller than I expected. I’m pretty sure I saw 20" mentioned somewhere, but I can’t find that information anymore—the bottom is only about 12–14", really quite small. Shipping was over $20, other sellers ship for 9-13usd. Also, the shoulder strap was missing, which is a disappointment as well. Overall, not super impressed.

  2. shipping was fast, packaging excellent, lovely bag at a great price. I think I'm going thru my "suede period" bec that's all I'm choosing lately. leather shoulder straps are getting annoying, they slip off my body. The suede straps stay in place and so does the purse. I'm loving it. As soon as it arrived I switched all my stuff from the purse I was using into this one. Great buy, love it.
