product appears to be made of good quality, and price was very fair. I rated this 5 stars because the product was of good quality and it was as described. well packaged however, I ordered this product on Nov. 27th, it was shipped on Nov. 28th, I did not get it until Dec. 11th. this was NOT THE DEALERS FAULT!!! But these carriers get paid good, but their service is not that good. That does not help the seller nor the buyer. With that said, this is a good dealer and I will buy from them again,

Once the Seller had my parts kit packaged,labeled for transport it was handed over to the shipper,the packaged items arrived via USPS Priority Mail in just two days in mint condition traveling 1800mi. across 3 states…Well taken care of. Also,Seller covered the Priority shipping cost for me which sealed the deal of this purchase. The value of not having to pay for the shipping is the sole reason why I chose this vendor(seller) I plan to order more parts soon!
Ordered 3 filter kits for John Deere mowers, instead of all in one package they came in 3 different shipments, got 2 very quick, long time receiving the 3rd one, no fault of the seller, the USPS is a total nightmare, sent the last one all over the country and finally received today. Like I said no fault of the seller I have bought from Caltric before and they are very reliable and quick to respond if you have a problem.
