The part is one I was told by the dealer was discontinued and that they couldn't find it. SO - I went online and found this one. A definite value. The dealer called and said "Oh - we found one - don't worry about it". BUT - the one the dealer ordered did not fit, so I took this over to the dealer and they installed it. It shipped in a timely manner and the packaging was safe. What really helped is that there was the "Auto Confirm" option to match part to car. Exactly as described and it fit!!!
The product was apparently affected in transit. I contacted the seller, and they were willing to have me return it. However I figured out how to fix the problem. I notified the seller that the problem was no longer an issue. The product was used and it was a relatively minor issue, however I suggested that they should have cleaned the product before shipping it. It would have made a better impression when the product didn't initially work as expected. I never received a response.
Shipping was a good speed, packaging as very good and tight, Item was exactly as depicted, the item was at the best price for what it is compared to their sellers that offer the same item, I had a problem with it not fitting my vehicle and they took care of it fast and easy, will definitely purchase from them again hands down ! Totally recommend these guys ! Thank you for the help !
