Hi just have to say this company truly are amazing. Highly recommend. I was in a spot of bother. (I am self-employed, I need my car) My car thermostat packed in. I ordered the parts . Message the supplier if possible for next day delivery. I missed their message saying I needed to pay extra for post which I would have gladly paid . I looked at my email it read the parts were posted should arrive next day. Sure enough I received my parcel the next day. I'm truly great full to Doctor car parts .
Very impressed! Seller nicely, lowered the price as I had made. Sent the item a few days later as requested, and the package was so well wrapped it was like receiving a birthday or Christmas gift. Seller also made sure to check compatibility with cars specifics on engine, bhp, year, registration etc to make sure that it was 100% correct- happy! Mechanic was very pleased with the part and said it was of good quality. The near 20 year old car runs like NEW so good! And so lucky this part is NEW!
I don’t often spend much time leaving feedback, but on this occasion I really must. I ordered this item at 13.57 on Wednesday and it was delivered by DHL at 11.51 the following day. I’m sure that must be a record. I didn’t tell the seller that I was desperate but I am so grateful that they sensed it!! I cannot recommend this seller highly enough. The item was just as described and their service was better than excellent. Why would you go anywhere else. Brilliant, just as eBay should be.
