I received momentary on switches, instead of on. Seller was quick to respond and solve issue in my favor. More than I had asked for. I had destroyed packaging and all paperwork. they let their conscience be their guide. I will buy stuff from them again. Item as described and arrived undamaged despite not much protective packaging. I ordered from this company because they were in the same state and shipping should be fast.
