If you do not choose a font...we will use the one that is best suited. Per default, engraving will always be on the inside unless you tell us otherwise. The total price of the ring + engraving is $16.99 This includes up to 45 characters engraved inside OR outside. We can engrave this ring inside, outside or both. If you need more than 45 characters OR need inside AND outside engraving, you will need to purchase our engraving upgrade for an additional FLAT fee of $5.00. Your order will be worked on, usually within an hour of receiving your final payment. We will try our best to ship out your order on the same day but no later than the following business day. Important!!!! We cannot start engraving your order until the final payment is made. Your questions Answered!! Knowing your Ring Size. The only way your ring is going to be worn comfortably, is to have the correct size. We strongly suggest a trip to your local jeweler, to get your finger sized. If the ring you are purchasing is for a loved one, just borrow a ring and get it sized. Any jeweler can do this for you. Remember once engraved you cannot return a ring to us for a refund or exchange. Which brings us to the next question…. Do you accept returns?? Returns of personalized jewelry cannot be excepted unless it is because of a specific mistake on our part. Make sure you request the right ring size as a personalized item cannot be re-sized, returned or exchanged. Double check to make sure you have no spelling mistakes when ordering names, dates, etc. as we will not be held responsible for any mistakes on your part. In the unlikely event of a mistake made by us, contact us immediately and return your order. We will replace your item with the exact same, corrected, piece and we will also pay for shipping both ways. However, if you find a mistake, even a spelling mistake made by you, we will still help you fix the problem. We will send out a new ring (has to be the same Sku number) with all mistakes corrected. You will be charged half the original price, of the first ring, plus shipping. If you request regular mail (usually free with your first order) the price will be $2.99. Otherwise prices will be the same as in the listing. What about Shipping?? As a rule, we ship every day of the week except Sundays and holidays. A tracking number is provided with every order and should be visible on your ebay purchases page. You will even receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that most times, tracking numbers can take up to 24hrs to get into the system, especially if you use the U.S Postal Service. Just keep checking. It will eventually get into the system. International Customers?? International Shipping is something that we have no control over. USPS states that shipping with Priority International Mail should take between 7 to 14 days. However, it can take longer due to numerous reasons. Please be patient. Your order will get to you. Make sure you give yourself enough time to put in your order and for delivery especially if your order is for a special occasion. We cannot be held responsible for transit time to your destination.
