Shoes look lovely, good quality leather, as described in listing, arrived new in box, really good value from the outlet. Order was processed and dispatched in good time but the courier, evri, was a nightmare. 2 day delivery took 5 days and order was just left on front doorstep and not in safe place. Order in good time if you need an item. Seller was 5* but would suggest Royal Mail for delivery.
Lovely quality bag, well packed, good price, speedy delivery. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a big bag, but I bought it for my Mum, and sadly, it was a bit too big for her, so I had to return it.
