This order was sadly a mistake (crossed wires somewhere down the line), but the seller was extremely kind and accepted a return and refund without any problems. I have bought from this seller before and will continue to do so as I always get fast delivery, the books are in as described condition, eco-friendly and protective packaging, great customer service and excellent value for money, so I can only highly recommend the seller without limitations.
I received the books in a timely manner but unfortunately they were damaged in transport. After communicating with the seller they have helped to reconcile the damages and were very friendly and cooperative. I would definitely consider ordering from them again in the future. I hope in the future they will protect the books a little better from the challenges of the Post. Thanks again!
Will packed. Good postage costs as free Books have musty odour which I specifically asked about before purchase as these books were relatively expensive compared to similar items listed. Very bad communication numerous messages and 1 phone call + 1 SMS unanswered regarding condition and postage address no response or reply. POOR PR!
