The bridle with hackmore and reins is absolutely beautiful!! The item arrived quickly and well packaged with the other bridle I ordered from them in a darker color. They sent the wrong color, right size. I messaged them about that. They called me & apologized. They said they’d get the correct one shipped to me & would include a return label so I can send the other one back. I did receive the correct one very quickly. Extremely nice customer service!
