  1. The box arrived opened with the tape having popped during shipping. I was initially concerned because the item wasn’t wrapped or secured inside the box, and a flap with a thin strip of tape was all that was holding the box closed. Item arrived undamaged all the same. Would add a few more strips of tape in the future as the box should be sealed to protect the item. Some filler paper wouldn’t have hurt either. Again, item was in good shape despite the shipping box being less than optimal.
