The items were wrapped very well. The cups and saucers arrived in perfect condition. Items were exactly as described and I am excited to use. The shipping had a little trouble on my side. 1st time ordering from this person, and ethics are amazing! Apparently the box was ripped while pulling the product, and rather than sending and arguing after the fact, they completely refunded and sent the car anyways without me saying a word. Will look to buy more from them in the future.
