The seller is great for communication. I had a problem with shipping, however. Looked at tracking, it had come east and made it to my city (In NY State) a week prior. It then all went south (well, west) from there. Next, it was shipped to California and bounced its way back to now being in Massachusetts! I sent a message to the seller, who informed me that this does happen, but they sent a complaint to USPS and I should see it in up to 7 days. It only took 2.
