I never received the mattress topper. It was totally damaged in the shipping process. The seller was very nice in helping to locate the damaged topper. They immediately issued a refund for the full amount - they were very helpful in answering my texts to them.

Received it before tracking was available. Still haven’t installed. I have a little concern about spark plug compatibility as it wasn’t mentioned in description.
