Advertised OEM (CLI) Canon ink, but sent generic (C) instead (even shipping label showed OEM CLI ink in package). Offered me a return label; didn't say who'd pay shipping. Granted, they're priced as generic, but OEM was advertised. Had to keep these inks since I needed them for troubleshooting printer problems (print head, carriage, and nozzle symptoms) that arose between ordering and receiving these inks.
Cartridges arrived in nine days. They appear to be the correct ones, and previous cartridges from this seller have been fine.
