The item purchased is Canon Printhead for MP530 Printer. The item arrived in sealed package (likely refurbished). Unfortunately, the printhead was defective, but this is not the fault of the seller. Seller made a good faith effort to sell a product that I needed. Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. I understood prior to transaction that not all products are guaranteed to work. Good seller!
I'm not pleased with the packaging of cartridges for delivery. The cartridges were not delivered in cardboard box, as pictured in the listing. Instead, the cartridges leaked black ink inside a soft pouch and all over my hand. I hope that when it's time to use these cartridges, that there will still be enough ink left to actually get some use from them. I would not recommend this seller.
They sent me the item in good time, but I had to return it because my printer problem was not the printhead, was the electric thing. I had to return the item; they sent me in two day the return label. They are very responsible with the customer. I recommend this seller 100%. and thank you for your help.
