After good communication and agreement they send me a replacement and a compensation! The parcel arrived very quickly from Japan to Northern Ireland, and was packed well. The physical appearance of the camera looked even better than it did in the pictures! Even though there were mechanical issues with the camera, I was able to message the seller and they were very polite and offered a refund or exchange. I would definitely recommend this seller!
