seller is as professional as they come and great customer service. part got here in 2 days. upon opening and comparing to original part, i seen that i had ordered the wrong one, totally my fault. i notified seller and let them know i could return it to them, they told me it was ok, and that they would give me a refund and i didn't have to return part because return shipping was too expensive. how awesome is that? hard to find better customer service and high business standards like that nowadays
Although I was originally frustrated because I couldn't get somebody from the company to confirm if this would fit my grinder. The product manual said it did fit my grinder. However, it didn't. So I started a return, and the company asked me to stop the return, and they refunded my money without returning it. This was awesome. Great customer service on the end, not so much in the beginning. I waited days to buy this because I wanted the company to confirm it would fit my grinder, they never did.
The bag arrived with a big tear in the outer bag that someone had put clear packing tape on. There were 2 smaller bags inside with one of those having the same tear and half the hige bags had been opened and the pan head screws for the outer part of the hinge missing. I was able to find some locally. The hinges work as advertised.
