Shipping was incredible, product exactly as described. Arrived quickly, very carefully packaged. I needed a PC without a BIOS password, and the initial computer I received had a password protected BIOS. I contacted the seller, and within hours they had arranged for a return of the original, and a replacement. The seller sent me a prepaid label, and the new shipment is exactly what I needed. Seller was excellent with communication, and was attentive and responsive in a timely manner. Very happy.
In short, an amazing seller and would absolutely buy from them again. Product came exactly as described and am very happy with it. The seller also communicates very well, there was a mistake in my shipping where fedex never received the shipping label and when reaching out to see what the issue was the seller immediately offered to send it again with expedited shipping and even sent a wireless mouse along with it to make up for the mistake.
