Fantastic experience. The seller confirmed receipt of funds and immediate shipped the package the following business day. I was provided with a tracking number and immediately informed when the package was delivered. The gouges are in excellent condition and the toolbox, which appears to be handmade was wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any damage. The items inside were exactly what I purchased, and the price was amazing. I would definitely like to do business with them again.
Item was broken as described, but a very easy fix. Great price, packaged very safely, no communication with the seller, but I was thinking about it, took almost two weeks to enter the mail stream. This is not good, however, I do not know the sellers circumstances. Everything else was A+.
