The product was shipped out quickly but unfortunately usps delivered them to the wrong location (at no fault of PartsWest). But PartsWest was on top of it. Not only did they reach out to USPS but they had a backup plan incase it wasn’t rectified with them quickly. A few days later the shackles arrived in perfect condition. Will absolutely continue to order from them.
My local post office made a mistake and sent my item back to the seller, he re-shipped it without charging me a second postage fee, even after I offered to pay the second postage fee because the mistake was at my local post office and not his fault.
