Postage fair, packaging professional, description accurate, value very good. Unfortunately, the AA badge on the bonnet was broken when it arrived and this was one part I wanted and had bought the item for. The seller immediately reacted positively when I asked if he would be prepared to sanction a refund which I got within hours of receiving a return postage label and taking to the Post Office. Seller provided excellent communication. Shipping was very fast and good value and the item arrived well packaged. Once I opened the outer (brown) box, the item was well packaged into a second (white) box (all as per OttOmobile packaging, at this stage I stopped unpacking as I'd like to retain the "new in box" condition, but I'd say the item was as described.
