TESTED - 250425 motherboard, with 8-pin video output. Verified functionality with diagnostic cartridge and full test harness. Verified functionality of all keys and joystick ports with C64 Doctor. Verified diskette access and program loading. WORKING - fully functional Commodore C64. All original chips except for new SID Kick Pico. SID sound and VIC-II color are EXCELLENT. This C64 comes with a new SID Kick Pico. The SID Kick Pico is a drop-in replacement for the SID 6581/8580 sound chips. In addition to sound support, it also supports joysticks, mice, and paddles. You should get a new, modern power supply for your C64. That's your best option. The original Commodore power supplies can go out of spec AT ANY TIME and ruin sensitive chips! You wouldn't want this to happen with your new C64! If you are going to use an original Commodore 64 power supply, you should ONLY use it with a C64 Saver Cable or similar device. This will prevent over-voltage from going into your C64 in the event the power supply fails. DO NOT USE AN ORIGINAL COMMMODORE POWER SUPPLY!!!
