CHANEL CLASSIC DOUBLE CC LOGO WHITE GLASS BEAD/PEAR NECKLACE c2009/10, PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION This authentic double CC logo necklace was purchased a while ago, unfortunately it had lost its oval authentication plaque, which is not unusual, as these can easily become detached over time. With over 30 years collecting, buying and selling experience in all things Chanel myself, it is obvious comparing it to another original Chanel piece of that date, that this is a genuine piece, inspite of the lack of original missing auth plaque. The condition of the pearls was extremely poor, I did approach Chanel about repairing it, but the cost was too great to warrant doing that. As several of the pearls were already stripped bare, I decided to carefully remove all the lustre and leave the glass beads bare, the result is simply stunning and a true one of a kind beautiful authentic iconic Chanel CC logo white bead necklace. It was done very carefully and retains the original knotted thread, I did originally do this for my personal collection and planned to keep it, but as I already have far too many necklaces have now sadly decided to let it go. I also include pics of another exact same necklace that I own with the same date and a pic of the very damaged pearl necklace before stripping.
