I'm ranking "positive" because the problem was only partly the seller's fault, and "neutral" is bad. The problem was that neither the title nor the description disclosed "Topps Archive." Also, neither listed the year of the cards. I asked if the cards were genuine 1950s cards, and the seller was honest, although brief, disclosing "archive," but the cards were already in a "combine postage" request, committing checkout. I didn't know about "archive" cards before - would have googled it if known.
