This seller went above and beyond to help me with an issue the occurred in shipping. It wasn't their fault nor mine, but they made it right for me and made sure I was happy with the resolution. Communication was quick and they didn't try to ignore me or come up with excuses. They simply offerred a resolution when I first reached out (which is more than agreeable) and immediately carried through when I accepted. Just based on this interaction alone, I'd buy from this seller again.
Exactly as described and I can say this seller is trusted. I had other sellers sell the same thing and only ship one style of these. Kinda shady. Seems like all the ones in the yellow background that look the same are the same sellers with really bad service and no help.
Item arrived as described. Shipping was fast. Was able to replace one of the motors on my watch winder. Seller could have put items in betters shipping container instead of just a shipping paper envelope. Glad motor spindles were not damaged due to shipping.
