Seller took a while to respond about concerns, but eventually did resolve problems with me. I felt like the product didn't ship with the safest precautions, which definitely affected the condition of the item. Thankfully, the second time around, the condition was much better, despite the reuse of the same packaging method. Very good seller, but could use better packaging technique and communication. Otherwise, the price was great, item was clean and like new, and works like new.
Item received in a timely manner. Item was as described but could have included in description that item may have had liquid spilled into half of the keyboard but understandable that this may have been overlooked as the spill residue was underneath the keycaps and inside the keyboard. Overall product was as described and priced fairly. A++ seller. Highly recommended.
The item arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The shipping package was secure and protected the keyboard from shipping damage. The item I received looked like the one in the photo, and it was exactly as the seller described. The condition of the keyboard was exceptional--it looked almost new. I've used it for only 2 weeks, and so far it work great!
