First off best seller i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I had an issue with a headset i purchased as a Christmas gift back in November for my son that has display issues. I didn’t know this until Christmas morning. Feeling I may have lost out I took a chance and messaged. Sure glad I did. Not only did they respond quickly they went above and beyond to help make my sons gift rememberable by taking the time to get a new headset in the mail for us. Thank you again for everything.
Quality of case and inserts and cartridge are fantastic. The condition of all of it matches the description looking brand new. It looks clean and the cartridge works. The price was very reasonable and the shipping was very fast. It arrived within four days of placing the order. It was shipped in a mailing plastic envelope wrapped in a another bubble wrapped envelope. Thrilled with the purchase. Happy to do business with this seller. Seller is highly recommended! 
Shipping was problem. But was marked as delivered. Not sellers fault. I was able to purchase elsewhere . I assume it was packaged well, I assume it was as described, and I think it would have been a great value . I would still buy from seller. USPS is a mess. But hopefully wherever it was delivered it was well received.
