Item arrived very well packaged, but unfortunately the post office must’ve been too rough with the item because the controller was damaged. That said, I reached out to the seller who responded immediately and provided a refund / resolution. I appreciate not having to go back and forth and their willingness to help me out. This Bearington Bear is beautiful! We have a Christmas Tree farm and make wreaths so it is perfect for my Boyd’s Bear/Bearington Bear display at Christmas. Bear arrived in perfect condition and was packaged extremely well. Shipping was delayed by the USPS and not seller’s fault. I highly recommend this seller. Thank you so very much.
