  1. Seller was easy to communicate with and made sure I was getting the correct engine (PTO size). It shipped quickly and a works as advertised, because of course...it's brand new. The only complaint would be with UPS's handling as the delivery person didn't appear to have the correct dolly and really threw it around trying to get it out of the truck and into my driveway. Inside, everything was covered in oil and the hardware bag had been emptied. Seller gets 5 stars, UPS gets 2, lol

  2. Item was delivered to shipper quickly by seller, but USPS took 10 days to deliver. The seller nicely provided tracking, and I could see it getting stalled at multiple USPS locations on its way. It was packed well and exactly as described when it did arrive. So, thank you to the seller. If you expect an item sooner than 11 days then dont use USPS... at least in this area of the country.... or ask if faster handling is available.

  3. Spoke with customer service to double check charge amps, and to say I need asap as this is for business. Customer service A++. I ordered Wednesday and engine arrived Saturday via UPS. Honda GX390 QNR2 engine extremely well packaged for shipping. Overall, this is who you want to buy a power equipment engine from, very professional. Highly recommend, and thank you Equipatron, for helping me get back up and running quickly!!!!!!!
