Item is as it was described and brand new looking. It would have been better if the lid was a part of the deal though, probably sold separately. The only real gripe I have is profiting off the shipping because it didn’t cost 13 dollars to ship a cup in a small box with packing materials. The cup did arrive in perfect shape in my mailbox. They probably made more off shipping than the cup itself, but I understand this isn’t a nonprofit company 😅
